Benefits

On the roof boarding, beneath the roof covering: it stops water, allows vapour to escape and reflects the radiant heat from beneath the roof covering. It has two integrated self-adhesive strips for the overlaps.

Technical data

From the technical data sheet

0.05Emissivity, also after ageingprEN 15976Emissivity: an emissivity of 0.05 means that the aluminium face radiates only 5% of the heat that an ordinary surface would radiate, and therefore does not give off heat by radiation. The lower the value, the better. What it means →
0.045 mSd: extremely vapour-permeableEN 12572Sd (m): the degree to which the membrane resists the passage of water vapour, expressed as an equivalent air-layer thickness; high Sd = vapour barrier, low Sd = diffusion membrane, which allows vapour to escape. What it means →
W1Watertightness, also after ageingEN 1928W1: the highest watertightness class for membranes. What it means →
